Do you have physical store?

Sorry, we are currently selling online only.

Do you still sell Delfin products?

Yes, we still have Delfin in stock, but we will no longer restock once it’s sold out, you can only purchase the available sizes.

Can we exchange size?

Due to hygiene reason, we don’t accept size exchange for sports bra and inner wear.
For Delfin products, you are free to exchange size in 3 days after you receive your product.
All items must be in original condition, tags and plastic are included, and no sign of worn for workout.
No cash refund.

Does your sport bras come with pad?

Yes, all sport bras come with removable pads.

How do I clean the yoga mat?

For PU surface, please wipe it with damp clothes only, no alcohol allowed. It is natural for light color mat to get spots after frequent use. Change your mat regularly to ensure the cleanliness.
For suede surface, you can wash it with mild soap and let it dry completely.

How do I wash Delfin products?

For Delfin bioceramic products, please let it dry off sweats, then you can wash it like usual. 
Avoid direct sunlight when drying as the UV might strip off the bioceramic technology.

Do you ship overseas?

We are currently working on it, you will soon be able to place order for international order.

Do you accept resellers?

We are looking for stockists with legit physical store, please contact us through whatsapp if you are interested.

How do you ship our order?

For domestic order, we use JNE as our shipping partner.
For international order, we use TIM Express for shipping partner (exclude custom and tax if any)
